Privacy Policy

This policy explains how this website handles personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We have designed the site to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Who We Are

This website is an editorial publication reviewing online gambling operators. For data-protection queries, contact the site operator via the details on this page's footer links.

2. What We Collect and Why

Server logsIP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps — processed by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
Outbound click dataWhen you click a link to a gambling operator, the destination may receive a referral identifier. This identifier does not contain your name or contact details.
AnalyticsIf analytics cookies are deployed, they are used only with your consent — see the cookie policy. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not run accounts, newsletters or comment systems, and we do not knowingly collect any data from persons under 18.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Server logs are processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers under data-processing agreements. If you follow a link to a third-party gambling operator, that operator becomes an independent controller of any data you give it — read its privacy policy before registering, especially for operators established outside the UK, where UK GDPR protections may not apply.

4. International Transfers

Hosting and CDN infrastructure may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised. Consent records for cookies are retained for as long as the consent remains valid.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113).

7. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
